Streams Crossed at SHOOTING WAR Party

June 7th, 2006

Last night’s SHOOTING WAR PARTY was a brilliant success, in no small part due to the collective force of our own individual life-circles colliding into what makes any great party… the crossing of streams. With friends/fam/loved ones from all our lives, combined with people who’d heard/seen/read this comic, we wound up with a really amazing crowd of wonderful people. To see a bit of it yourself (or yourself in a bit of it), check this Flickr photopool from the party.

We collectively want to send shout-outs in no particular order to some of the bright and beautiful stars that made last night such a fantastic joint:
Democracy Now! producer Frank Lopez
60 Minutes producers Solly Granatstein and Tanya Simon
Chasing Ghosts author Paul Rieckhoff (founder of IAVA)
Singer-songwriter extraordinaire Laura “Bama” Thomas
